Our Mission
We focus on changing minds, by:
- Educating men about the availability and benefits of parental leave.
- Helping men discuss parental leave with employers.
- Encouraging employers, colleagues, family and friends to support men who take leave.
- Raising awareness by promoting parental leave success stories, speaking out about challenges and engaging in public debate on the issue.
Alexander von Rosenbach (Founder)
A researcher and analyst by trade, Alexander has developed a strong interest in technology, innovation and social change. He is also the proud father of a delightful little girl.
In 2017, Alexander left his job to provide primary care for his daughter, supporting his partner's return to work. Inspired by his experiences of modern fatherhood, he started Take The Time.
His hope is to help other fathers overcome personal hurdles and break down professional stigmas around parental leave.
